Park Slope Cellar Conversion

The cellar of this Park Slope Brownstone was converted to a beautiful media room.   Beautifully crafted millwork was custom made to fit the space, with meticulously installed pine walls and flooring throughout. To ensure the integrity of this new elegant room, a new concrete slab was poured, the stone wall sand blasted and a new perimeter French drain with sump pump was installed.
